Sketch – Male Flying Rat

Among the typical Flying Fox hybrids the males and females are on average the same size, shorter than the average 22nd century human. Though some might be able to glide, those favoring their human DNA are usually incapable of flight but often have the patagium (the thin membrane of skin extending between the hand/wing and the body) to some degree. Many have this removed as is serves no purpose and can be quite a hindrance.
